so basically i’ve realised that i have eaten oatmeal for every one of my breakfasts for like 3 months now.

I need to have something new,i don’t feel like having oatmeal tomorrow either..

i need ideas!? preferably something higher in protein than carbs as i’m trying to get muscle.

  • maple syrup
  • dried cranberries
  • raisins
  • brown sugar
  • nutmeg
  • granola
  • pecans
  • almonds

  • fruit jams
  • yoghurt
